Saturday was FINALLY warm. Jimmy and Missy took us out on the boat. We got to go tubing too. I had a few nice rides and two nice (and painful) spills but I'm alive and it was a blast!

I'm babysitting my cousins right now and Ethan just informed me that the only thing girls are good at is making a mess...wow he knows me well! ;) right kate?

So this is what i've been doing. Today was my first day of work. I forgot how much I like to mow. I also forgot how much I hate waking up at 5:45am!

Venting

I HATE UNPACKING....I am shoving all my clothes into my closet, cramming them into drawers, and stuffing junk under the bed. I hate "STUFF"!

LAST!

I HATE THE WORD "LAST"! Tuesday was the last day of classes, monday was our last chapel, tomorrow is our last full day to be at school! But the word got SO overused at dinner. This kid, Dave, was like "This is my LAST time that I'm going to sit down after getting ice cream" and "this is the last time I'm going to take my dishes up." For real, we all know it's our LAST time for lots of stuff here....but STOP saying it!

Ultimate frisbee is a huge deal on campus right now amongst the boys. Well today the guys were playing and my friend Brandon went to catch the frisbee and he ran straight a tree instead. I admit I laughed SUPER hard when I heard about it but an ambulance came and took him to the hospital and everything. We'll be prayin for ya Brandon!

Big kid

Suburns, scraped knees, dirty feet, and grass stains...those are the good ol' days! Well today I accomplished all of those. Today could have been one of the funnest days I've had in a LONG time. I felt like a big kid again. I woke up from my nap and played tennis for almost 2 hours. Then we played volleyball forever. The best part was the Parlor and the park. Josh, Hogan, Niki, and I drove in the convertible :) to get some ice cream and then we went to Cascades Park. First we played on the slides and then we rolled down the HUGE hill and I nearly wet my pants laughing so hard. Fun times! I'm gonna miss this place. :(

I'm Stuffed

Oh man, I just got back from Denny's. Brandon, Hogan, Niki, and I went for another midnight breakfast run. Pancakes and ice cream! YUM! We actually got a good game of tennis going today. That was fun. What else....last night I watched "National Treasure". Pretty good movie.

Last night at open mic night, Kate and I informed the singer guy that we think that short guys have extra special personalities to make up for there height. He was about 6-5 so he was like, "So does that make me a JERK?" Okay, that didn't sound as funny as it was in person. I'm going to bed!

Sunday

So I think I have finally recovered from our trip. No the "Window City" is not an inside joke and thanks to all you SAU people who read it and never said anything until my dear uncle pointed it out. This weekend went so fast. Karilynn and Emily suprised me and came down Thursday, Friday Kate came home with me and we went to the races, and Saturday we played some four on four with my brothers friends. It wasn't just normal basketball, we dressed 80s...I think thats the look we were going for anyways. Well I'm back at the Arbor. 12 days...
