some prayer por favor

I have been blessed with an amazing job. I have been so thankful for mentors that have really strived to see me succeed. But this week I have run across a little trial. I feel like God completely dropped this in my lap because now I can use this situation to really show my faith. But right now i'm really struggling to find the thin line between "over-reacting" and standing up for myself. I am meeting with some people tomorrow and hopefully this will all get cleared up. I hate meeting and I hate confrontation and this is going to be a meeting FULL of confrontation! urgh. But if ya think about it pray for me tomorrow! Anways, I ran across these verses tonight which really encouraged me.

Count it all joy, my brothers, when you meet trials of various kinds, for you know that the testing of your faith produces steadfastness. And let steadfastness have its full effect, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking in nothing.If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask God, who gives generously to all without reproach, and it will be given him.

James 1:2-5
